Consulting Services (DMACS) offers data auditing and meter evaluation. We
will review your data for inconsistent rates, missing services, missing rate
components, unassigned services, as well as stopped or slow meters. Our
software can review data from any utility billing program, and is optimized
to review data from the SunGard HTE suite of programs. It is not unusual for
a revenue enhancement audit to yield 3-5% revenue enhancement. Based on the
software used and the size of your utility the initial review is often FREE!
CUSTOMER
SERVICES
Data Management Associate's customer service operations encompass all
facets of municipal utility operations including oversight and responsibility
for meter reading activities, telephone, mail, and walk-in customer
inquiries, coordination of all municipal services itemized on the customer
bill, and all data entry functions relating to customer records and billing.
Our experienced staff will provide a professional and courteous
customer environment of the highest possible quality that will reflect
positively on your city.
BILLING
AND REVENUE COLLECTION
Data Management Associates offers billing and revenue collection
services to our municipal clients. However, if preferred, we will work with
existing 'lock-box' providers to ensure the proper and prompt crediting of
each customer account. We will remit customer payments for deposit on a daily
basis to the utility’s bank accounts and reconcile our receipts and
deposits every working day. Additionally we offer enhanced collection
services to reduce the amount of bad debts.
FIELD
SERVICES & METER READING
Data Management Associates through Data Management Field Services
(DMAFS) offers field services such as turning on or off service, field
collections, processing high bill questions and other field support functions
as well as providing meter reading services.
